Salary Range: $17.00 Hourly Job Shift: Full Time We are seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician covering the Metro Detroit area to join our EPIC team!

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventative maintenance in accordance with a predetermined timeline based on manufacturer’s recommendations
• Communicate with club managers to maintain equipment and facility to mitigate complaints or failures.
• Assist other maintenance personnel as needed.

Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements and Physical Demands:

• Mechanical, plumbing and electrical service background highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk and/or sit for 8 or more-hour periods.
• The ability to operate equipment safely and correctly.
• Must be able to sit, squat, reach, kneel and bend.
• Must be able to bend at the waist, lay horizontally, climb, walk, etc. as the position requires in order to properly perform job duties, with or without an accommodation.
• Must be able to regularly lift, push and/or move 45-65 pounds, frequently lift, push and/or move 65 pounds and occasionally lift, push and/or move 100 pounds (w/assistance).
• Must be able to reach and move items above shoulder height.
• The ability to use hands to grasp, finger, handle and/or feel.
• Must be able to climb a ladder and a step ladder.
