Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodial Supervisor to our team at a private educational campus near the Kensington Road corridor in Bloomfield Hills. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, staying organized, and taking pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
The Custodial Supervisor will help coordinate daily cleaning operations, support custodial employees, and ensure assigned areas are maintained to a high standard. We are looking for someone who leads by example, communicates well, and can keep the team focused on quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support assigned custodial employees
- Assign work and monitor cleaning quality
- Assist with routine custodial duties as needed
- Help maintain supplies, equipment, and safe work practices
- Communicate staffing, service, or facility concerns to management
Requirements
- Previous custodial experience required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead employees and respond to changing priorities
- Ability to perform the physical demands of routine custodial work
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour | Full Time
