Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Day Porter to our team at a professional automotive facility near the Centennial Drive and Five Mile Road corridor in Northville. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys staying active, helping others, and taking pride in keeping a busy workplace clean and welcoming throughout the day.

Because the facility is occupied during the shift, the Day Porter will respond to cleaning needs as they arise and help maintain a professional environment for employees and visitors. We are looking for someone who is friendly, attentive, and consistently dependable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces
• Empty light trash, restock supplies, and perform routine cleaning
• Sweep, mop, and address spills or immediate cleaning needs
• Monitor high-traffic areas and respond to service requests
• Report supply, equipment, or facility concerns to management

Requirements

• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work professionally in an occupied facility
• Ability to work independently and respond to changing priorities
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform routine custodial tasks

Pay: $16 - $17 per hour
