Flexible Hours, Part Time Maintenance Technician Needed

Under the supervision of the Buildings and Grounds Director, performs a wide range of maintenance tasks necessary to ensure that the county's buildings, facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently. Incumbents perform semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electric, carpentry, painting and plastering. Performs seasonal tasks associated with the maintenance of outside building and grounds, such as lawn care and snow removal and assists in custodial maintenance.

Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Three years Experience in Maintenance
• Michigan Driver License
• Computer and writing literate
• Walking Standing Stooping Physical lifting.
• Working in outside conditions if need be.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
