Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Day Porter to our team at a busy automotive manufacturing facility near the Bell Road corridor in New Boston. This is a high-profile, highly visible position that plays an important role in keeping the facility clean, safe, and ready for employees, visitors, and daily operations.

Because the Day Porter works throughout the building while operations are active, we are looking for someone who is attentive, professional, and comfortable responding to cleaning needs as they arise. Consistent attendance and a strong sense of responsibility are especially important in this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, entrances, and other assigned spaces
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and perform routine custodial cleaning
• Sweep, mop, and respond promptly to spills or immediate cleaning needs
• Monitor high-traffic areas and address cleaning needs throughout the shift
• Communicate facility, supply, or safety concerns to management

Requirements

• Must provide & wear appropriate safety or steel-toed shoes while working
• Must be comfortable working in an active factory/shop environment
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach when working around employees and visitors
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform routine physical custodial tasks

Pay: $17 - $18 per hour
