Nawa Professional Services is seeking a dependable Float Custodian to join our team in the Fruitport area! We have part-time opportunities in a school setting with an immediate start. No prior experience? No problem! Paid training is provided! We are currently looking for a dependable Second Shift Mobile/Float Custodian to provide coverage and support throughout the Fruitport area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a change of pace and is comfortable working at different school sites.

Monday–Friday, primarily second shift. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including occasional weekends for school event setup and teardown. During school breaks, the position may transition to a first-shift schedule.

• Perform custodial duties at multiple locations as assigned
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
• Restock supplies as needed
• Operate cleaning equipment (training provided)
• Communicate regularly with supervisors
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and ability to travel between job sites during shift
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check
• Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening (including THC)
• Ability to submit fingerprints for authorization to work in schools
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
• Strong communication and reliability
• Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
