Communicates effectively with the Site Lead to determine service needs.;
Coordinates and supervises client sub-contractors while performing service on site.;
Repairs of walls, floors, doors, ceilings, furniture and any painting and touch up work for beautification of facility internally & externally.;
Plumbing skills with the ability to repair and unclog toilets, urinals, replace and maintain valve assemblies and repair/maintain sensors for automatic flush kits, as well as all other plumbing related services.;
Maintain a strict PM schedule Examples:
Inspections of fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, perimeter fence trash pick-up, building interior/exterior inspections, eye wash stations, etc.
