Chamberlain International School is a Massachusetts-approved Private Special Education Therapeutic Boarding School. We are committed to providing exceptional therapeutic and educational services to adolescents with a wide range of learning and emotional challenges.

We are presently seeking dynamic and committed individuals to join our team for the following opening:

• Skills in general home maintenance, basic carpentry, painting & construction knowledge.
• General home maintenance repair.
• Knowledge of seasonal grounds maintenance including planting of flowers in spring, weeding of flower beds in spring and summer, leaf cleanup in the fall, snow and ice removal in winter.
• Ability to work independently & as a team member.
• Good organizational & communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Working knowledge of hand tools.
• Maintain self in good physical condition and stamina with the ability to lift at least 100 lbs.
• Self-starter, team player and results oriented performer.
• Must be able to work weekends and potentially some weekday nights in an emergency situation.
• Minimum of a year of related experience within the trades or facility maintenance.
• Ability to perform minor to average difficulty repairs.
• Ability to stand, walk, crouch intermittently; climb ladders.
• Troubleshoot.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to all staff, students and visitors.
• Pass a Background / CORI check.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
