We are committed to providing exceptional therapeutic and educational services to adolescents with a wide range of learning and emotional challenges.

• Skills in general home maintenance, basic carpentry, painting, and construction knowledge.
• General home maintenance repair and seasonal grounds maintenance, including: planting flowers in spring, weeding flower beds in spring and summer, leaf cleanup in the fall, and snow and ice removal in winter.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Working knowledge of hand tools.
• Maintain self in good physical condition and stamina with the ability to lift at least 100 lbs.
• Self‑starter, team player, and results‑oriented performer.
• Must be able to work weekends and potentially some weekday nights in emergency situations.
• Minimum of a year of related experience within the trades or facility maintenance.
• Ability to perform minor to average difficulty repairs.
• Ability to stand, walk, crouch intermittently, and climb ladders.
• Proficient at troubleshooting.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to all staff, students, and visitors.
• Pass a Background / CORI check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
