Perform daily floor care on hard surfaces and carpets using equipment such as extractors, buffers, sweepers, scrubbers, and vacuums;
Interior cleaning including waste removal, dusting, restocking restrooms, and cleaning windows;
May assist with exterior cleaning and minor maintenance (lighting, painting, minor repairs);
Assist with gardening, snow removal, inventory control, and tenant moves as needed;
Notify management of spills, safety issues, and needed repairs; adhere to safety protocols and operate cleaning equipment safely
