Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal;
Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines to maintain floors;
Assign tasks to staff, manage supplies, and report occupancy/time data as needed;
Assist with exterior building and premises cleaning and basic maintenance as required
