Industrial Maintenance Technician | Direct Hire | Middleboro, MA | $25-35/hr. | Day shift

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25–$35/hr.
Shift: Day Shift hours Monday-Friday

- Opportunity to work with automated machinery in a leading manufacturing setting.
- Maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of automated manufacturing machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.
- Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and using voltage meters (with solid understanding of 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, conductors, relays, single and three-phase motors, and 480V).
- Performing light welding and fabrication of machine parts using Stick or MIG welding.
- Troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs), specifically Allen Bradley or Siemens products.
- Assisting with building, grounds, and overall facility maintenance.
- Have at least two years of experience as a manufacturing maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
- Possess solid experience with CMMS software systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Are skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Have hands‑on experience with single and three-phase motors, transformers, relays, and industrial control equipment.
- Are experienced in light welding and machine fabrication (Stick and MIG).
