An organization supporting healthcare operations across hospital and assisted living facilities. They are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks at both hospital and nursing home sites
• Respond to on-call emergencies and facility repair requests as scheduled
• Conduct HVAC servicing, carpentry, locksmithing, or general mechanical repairs as needed
• Complete patching, painting, and other general facility upkeep tasks

Your skills and experience:

• Solid background in facilities maintenance or mechanical trades
• Experience with HVAC systems, carpentry, or locksmithing preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of building maintenance issues
• Strong adaptability to work across multiple healthcare facility environments
