Thermo Fisher Scientific - - Responsibilities:
Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and specialty systems throughout the facility and grounds, including service calls and in-house repairs.;
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment inspections, daily rounds, and repairs to ensure optimal facility operations.;
Respond to emergency and after-hours calls as part of an on-call rotation and ensure timely resolution through completion.;
Manage and coordinate vendor-led scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, work requests, and special projects.;
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), OSHA, EHS, and applicable regulatory standards.
