No extensive experience is required — we are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do- Assist with painting apartments, hallways, and common areas
- Help with carpet removal, installation, and repairs
- Support routine building maintenance and minor repairs
- Prepare apartments and spaces for new residents
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
