• Maintain the upkeep of the property's grounds.
• Make apartments ready (punching and painting).
• Run work order tickets.
• Respond to on‑call maintenance emergencies.
• Complete special assigned property projects.
• Perform snow removal.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle.

• Starting at $22.00 per hour.

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community located in Warwick, RI. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

• Prepare market‑ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed, in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills with coworkers and management.
• Contribute to and foster a team approach to serving and maintaining a successful community.
• Perform snow removal.
• Assist the custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as needed.
• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks proudly and successfully.

• Valid driver's license required.
• Background and drug screening required.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm with rotating on‑call.
