  Part‑time, 32 hours per week, 2nd shift – Monday/Friday 3:00 pm–11:00 pm;
  Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 3:00 pm–9:00 pm

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Perform all custodial tasks throughout a patient building: sweeping, mopping, dusting, stripping and waxing floors.
• Collect soiled linens and distribute clean linens throughout the building.
• Collect and dispose of all trash and recycling into the appropriate containers.
• Use proper custodial equipment to polish floors and shampoo carpets.
• Clean all patient and non‑patient areas, including windows and vents.

• Operate, care for and perform minor maintenance on tools and equipment used in daily work.

Any experience and training which would provide the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above.

• One year or more of custodial or janitorial experience in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and supplies.
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and follow safety procedures.
• Experience with floor care (vacuuming, mopping, waxing, buffing).
