Parking Lot Clean-Up Crew (Full-Time)

: $16–$18/hr
Are you someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and looking their best? We’re hiring a Parking Lot Clean-Up Crew Member to help maintain shopping centers and outdoor spaces in New Castle, DE. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and common outdoor areas daily
- Use blower equipment to remove debris before sweeping
- Pick up trash including litter, leaves, and cigarette butts
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Maintain cleanliness of receptacles and surrounding areas
- Log completed work and report any property issues (damages, hazards, etc.)
- Identify and report safety concerns such as broken fixtures or illegal dumping
What We’re Looking For
- Groundskeeping experience or outside janitorial experince
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
- Basic communication skills (English required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- No on call rotation
