Emprime Solutions in Middletown, NJ is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician for a 275-unit residential community. This 2–3 week assignment starts Monday, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Pay is $18.00 per hour. The role involves completing daily resident work orders, basic apartment maintenance and repairs, timely responses to requests, and participating in the after-hours on-call rotation while keeping the site clean and safe.
