Facility Janitorial Specialist – Full-Time Overnight
Location: Middlesex & Monmouth County locations in NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 PM–4:00 AM
Head Over Heels is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Facility Janitorial Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our Gymnastics, Dance, and Ninja facilities. This is an overnight position performed while the facility is closed. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently, and understands that a clean, well-maintained facility is an important part of the experience we provide our students, families, and staff.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, lobbies, gym areas, offices, and common spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine floor care
- Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
- Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, surfaces, and equipment
- Restock restroom and facility supplies
- Use commercial cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Pay special attention to high-traffic areas and overall facility presentation
- Identify and report maintenance concerns
- Perform minor maintenance or facility tasks as needed
- Complete assigned work thoroughly and efficiently without direct supervision
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and equipment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Ability and willingness to work overnight hours
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple company locations.
