Residential Maintenance Manager

• Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule maintenance tasks for our team of technicians, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
• Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns and complaints promptly, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.
• Problem Diagnosis: Possess the ability to diagnose maintenance problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Follow Up: Follow up on assigned work orders that are approved, estimated, or pending an estimate.
• Quality Control: Evaluate work order photos or issues that are brought to their attention by a member of the team, follow up to elevate customer satisfaction, and maintain quality.
• Identify trends: Identify key issues or inefficiencies for personnel training.
• Train/monitor: Monitor employee compliance with operational standards.
• Reinforce Standards: Remind maintenance staff regarding professionalism, quality, and reliability.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in scheduling and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Management or a similar field.
• Experience with Appfolio, or another similar property management software.
• Ability to direct technicians on the most efficient way to complete a work order.

$17 - $20 hourly
