Position Summary
Perform all duties of the Maintenance Position, along with electrical maintenance with a primary objective of maintaining all machinery, equipment and facilities. Proficient in installing and repairing electrical systems, apparatus, electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment. Intermediate boiler knowledge with the ability to maintain boiler, piping, supporting electrical systems and surrounding physical structures. This position also delivers on our core focus of solutions provision.

- Scheduled and preventative maintenance on equipment and building
- Read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics as necessary
- Use precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
- Attach power supply wires and cables to machines and equipment
- Diagnose and replace faulty components such as transformers, motors, lighting fixtures and printed circuit boards
- Analyze mechanical device operation sounds to locate problems
- Dismantle and reassemble equipment needing repair
- Inspect parts for imperfections
- Assist others on their machines as needed
- Act as liaison with vendors when necessary
- Set up machinery, adjust, and monitor equipment for efficient operation
- Perform emergency, scheduled, minor and preventative maintenance on all machines and building
- Follow all safety policies and procedures including LOTO
- Work in excess of 40 hours when required by business needs
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Other tasks or duties deemed necessary by management

- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment

- GED or High School diploma, preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- Advanced electrical knowledge; qualified by maintenance exam or experience
This position is on 2nd shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
