Entry Level Mig Welders

We are currently seeking Entry Level Mig Welders to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or build a career in welding. Recent welding graduates and candidates with hands-on welding experience are encouraged to apply.

• Perform Mig welding on steel components and assemblies
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

• Previous Mig welding experience preferred but not required
• Welding school or vocational training is a plus
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, OH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
