Responsible for performing general maintenance and cleaning duties and maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members. Gathers and returns carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance to ensure ready access for club members. Team members carry out assigned job functions, support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance, and hold themselves accountable for flawless execution.

Acts with honesty and integrity, leads with the member in mind, and escalates concerns as appropriate. Ensures a safe and positive environment for members and each other. • Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the club, including the sales floor, offices, restrooms, and outdoor grounds and parking lot.
• Gather and return carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance.
• Remove trash or debris from the parking lot, cart corrals, and exterior of the club.
• Ensure that carts at the club entrance are well-stocked and in working order.
• Return new and unused merchandise to the sales floor.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning duties such as wet and dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, carpet extracting, washing glass, emptying trash receptacles, and pulling pallets.
• Maintain outdoor grounds of club property, including cart corrals, sidewalks, and outdoor trash receptacles.
• Prioritize maintenance and cleaning responsibilities across the club efficiently.
• Operate floor scrubber, trash compactor, and cardboard baler machines safely and efficiently following established safety standards.
• Restock maintenance/cleaning supplies and keep supply areas on the receiving dock and maintenance closets clean, neat and organized.
• Perform minor and routine building repairs and notify management when major repairs are required.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Ensure regular, predictable, full attendance.

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
• Prior retail or wholesale experience preferred.
• May be less than 18 years of age to perform parking lot cart functions.
• Must be over 18 to operate equipment and enter age-restricted areas.

• Most of the time is spent moving about on hard surfaces.
• Requires bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping and climbing ladders or step stools.
• Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds and may require lifting and moving heavy or awkward objects over 30 pounds with assistance.
• Requires using a pallet jack to pull and push pallets.
• Frequent exposure to company-authorized cleaning agents and occasional exposure to paint and other authorized chemicals.
• Exposed to indoor and outdoor temperatures, and occasional exposure to extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers.
• Works both indoors and outdoors with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position: $16.50 - $19.80.
