Facility Operations Team Member

Overview

Be part of the behind-the-scenes magic that helps create a fun, unique, and family-friendly entertainment experience. This role focuses on detailed interior and exterior facility cleaning to keep our venue safe, welcoming, and guest-ready. Duties may include general cleaning, deep cleaning, and power washing throughout the facility.

• Perform detailed interior and exterior cleaning of the facility
• Power wash designated areas as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Follow all safety procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily cleaning goals

• Creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals
• Strong attention to detail
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, primarily mornings through early afternoons
• Availability for occasional late-night cleaning shifts, holidays, and peak season needs

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and push/lift up to 250 pounds
• Ability to climb stairs, use ladders, and work on your feet for long periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat and cold)
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and latex products
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus

• Noise levels are generally low to moderate
• Combination of indoor and outdoor work settings
