Maintenance Tech

Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Hourly
About the RoleWe’re seeking a hands‑on and dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our residential property clean, safe, and in top condition. You'll handle routine repairs, emergency maintenance, and ensure a high standard of living for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, including on‑call support
- Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Keep grounds clean, including landscaping and snow removal
- Ensure property is safe and meets code requirements
- Use and maintain tools and equipment properly and safely
- Prepare vacant units for new residents
- Clean and maintain common areas
- Order maintenance supplies as needed
- Follow safety protocols and attend required training
- Seasonal Pool maintenance and other operational tasks
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in various conditions (heights, tight spaces, weather)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Real Page experience a plus - Trade school or industry certifications a plus
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
