Position Purpose

As an Equipment Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and repairing small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. Your expertise will guide equipment recommendations and guarantee the maintenance of our tools. In this dynamic position, you will mainly operate in Tool Rental Centers, providing exceptional service to customers by processing rental contracts, generating invoices, and ensuring all tools function properly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating customer repair needs and providing effective solutions.
• Demonstrating the proper use of equipment when required.
• Managing daily operations and upkeep of tools within the rental department.
• In non-store settings, repairing and testing equipment for quality assurance before returning it to the originating store.
• Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of tools and managing tool inventory effectively.
