MC - Up to $17.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance tasks and respond to work orders;
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and place orders;
Prepare rooms for housekeeping, including removing linens and arranging furniture;
Perform light electrical, plumbing, cleaning of PTAC units, painting, and other minor repairs;
Follow emergency procedures and ensure guest safety
