Mesquite Terraces is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with laundry duties when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Basic communication skills.

This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. The Housekeeper will work primarily indoors at Mesquite Terraces located at 501 S Loop 250 W, Midland, TX.
