Parts Warehouse Professional

* Pay $20 - $25 / HOUR Yellowhouse Machinery is currently accepting applications for Parts Warehouse Professional at our Midland, Texas location. Our applicants must exhibit strong work ethic and be able to provide supporting references. Must be able to perform customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the dealership.

Job Essential Duties:
* Places machine down and stock ordered parts in assigned locations in a timely manner with emphasis on Service Dept. orders.
* Promotes and adheres to company policy at all times with emphasis on a team mentality.
* Verifies receiving and receipting-in of parts shipments.
* Coordinates the shipping of all parts using established national carriers.
* Monitors shortages/overages and expedites processing through reporting to Parts Manager.
* Coordinates and performs perpetual inventory counting as directed by the Parts Manager.
* Pulls, packs and ships monthly surplus returns accurately and in a timely manner.
* Assists customers with loading/unloading of orders and returns.
* Assists Parts Counter Salesperson with pulling of parts orders as needed.
* Assists in keeping Parts Department, warehouse and all related parts areas clean and orderly including exterior storage or staging areas.
* Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
* Promotes customer service at all times throughout the organization.
* Executes other duties as assigned by management.

* Ability to connect with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapport.
* Understands basic selling processes.
* Understands basic inventory control.
* Basic data entry/keyboarding skills and experience utilizing basic computer programs, for example Microsoft based products.
* Experience working both independently and in a team setting.
* Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
* Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
* Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
* Pass a background check, drug test and physical.
