Ranger Energy Services is seeking Floor hands for its Midland, TX P&A operations. This role supports well servicing rigs by assisting with equipment operation, fluid handling, and site maintenance under direct supervision. It is a physically demanding position ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in the oilfield.

What you’ll need:

• 6 months experience on a well servicing rig preferred
• Familiarity with pump and tank operations
• Valid driver’s license, CDL, or ability to obtain
• Ability to perform manual labor in oilfield conditions
• Competent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability
