This position is based in our satellite production facility in Midland, TX, with full relocation provided (details below).

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician who is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and shop equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position ensures all systems and machinery operate efficiently and safely while supporting preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation &

Schedule:

* Pay: $23/hour based on experience, with overtime opportunities. Higher-level roles are available for more experienced candidates at increased pay.

* Schedule:

Standard shift is Monday-Thursday, 6:00PM - 4:00 AM (4x10) with paid lunch and breaks.

* Flexibility:
Day and weekend shifts with increased pay are also available depending on experience and team needs.

What You'll Do:

* Perform general maintenance, service, and repair of company facilities and equipment

* Maintain interior and exterior property, including grounds and common areas

* Complete assigned maintenance projects in accordance with company standards and specifications

* Repair and replace building components such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, fixtures, and finishes

* Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify unsafe conditions and perform preventative maintenance

* Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and structural issues

* Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner

* Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition

* Follow all safety procedures and practice safe work habits in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards

* Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring:

* Must be authorized to work in the United States

* Must be at least 18 years of age

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (subject to periodic checks)

* Minimum of 1 year of related maintenance experience (3+ years preferred)

* Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or building systems

* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently

* Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

* Hands-on experience with basic tools and maintenance equipment

* Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as required

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

* Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
