Rogue Industrial Group (RIG) is seeking a Lease Operator in the Delaware Basin. The role requires a minimum of 2 years experience in Lease Operating, including a strong understanding of pumping units and ESPs. The successful candidate will operate and maintain equipment, perform daily route checks, and ensure well performance.
This position offers a company-provided truck, fuel card, benefits, and tools. The Lease Operator must be comfortable driving up to 300 miles daily and will report directly to the Foreman.
