A leading facilities management company in Texas is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain building systems and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and other equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and effectively troubleshooting any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in commercial or industrial facility maintenance and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $27.20 to $32.00 per hour.
