Use technology (laptops and tablets) to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and diagnose issues quickly from hundreds of makes and models;
Order parts and determine root causes and corrective actions to resolve issues efficiently;
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis;
Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed;
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts
