Yard Hands – No Experience Needed - Forklift & Facility Support – Midland, TX
A company in Midland, TX is hiring Yard Hands to support site operations through general cleanup, facility maintenance, and forklift operation. This hands‑on role ensures a safe and organized work environment by handling deliveries, emptying trash, and maintaining cleanliness of the yard, restrooms, and shop. What you’ll need:- Forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors year‑round
- Willingness to clean and maintain restrooms, yard, and equipment

- Experience working in an industrial or oilfield service yard
