Maintenance Utility Technician

C&W Services -  - Responsibilities:
Assist with troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of building systems, including air compressors, plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC systems, roofs, drains, shop equipment, grounds equipment, and other facility assets;
Review, create, and maintain assigned work orders, including associated documentation, within a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS);
Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, and perform reactive and preventive maintenance as required;
Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems, including fire alarms, fire pumps, and related fire protection equipment;
Identify, coordinate, and work with outside contractors or vendors from sourcing and quotation to job completion
