Per Diem Roughnecks – Up to $25.41/hr + Paid Travel – Midland, TX & Zelienople, PA
Deep Well Services is hiring experienced Roughnecks for rotational work across Texas and Pennsylvania. This high-travel role offers competitive hourly pay, per diem, paid travel, and growth opportunities through structured training programs. It’s ideal for those with snubbing, completions, or workover background who are ready for long rotations and outdoor job site conditions.
