Cinergy's Karting Technicians are responsible for the hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for electric go-karts and track systems. The role blends technical mechanical work with track team members and guest interaction to ensure a safe, functional, and “MAGICAL” entertainment experience.
- Maintenance and Repair:
Perform daily performance checks and repairs on electric go-karts, including inspecting brakes, steering systems, and electrical components - Track Safety:
Maintain the appearance and functionality of the track, pit, and kart mechanic shop to meet safety standards - Documentation:
Keep accurate logs of all repairs, parts inventory, and special maintenance projects - Guest Interaction:
Represent “MAGIC” values and interact with guest during operating hours while monitoring safety guidelines - Speedway Support:
Assist with Pit Crew and Track Marshall duties to ensure safety guidelines are followed during track operations
- Maintenance and Repair:

- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Ability to understand basic instructions and follow a checklist of tasks
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- Dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times
