Pay: $23 - $26 / hour

• Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on multiple makes and models of Drive Time inventory vehicles.
• Explain automotive repairs and issues to management to minimize re‑work and delays.
• Document all work performed in DT systems.
• Keep work area clean and organized to maintain safety and compliance.

• Proficient in automotive repairs.
• Can troubleshoot basic automotive concerns.
• Communicate causes and recommended corrections for vehicle issues.
• Meet metric performance targets.
• Basic computer skills.
• Organized and punctual.
• Maintain a safe and compliant workspace.
• Follow Drive Time standards.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Certificate or Associate’s degree in automotive technology or 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Minimum age 18.

• Lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority from knee‑to‑shoulder heights.
• Carry up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
• Stand for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping. Environment may be cold, hot, noisy, wet, with fumes.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Use safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask and other protective gear.
• Drive and type frequently.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Communicate in English in a safety‑sensitive/technical environment.
