Key

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Valid certification as an Educational Sign Language Interpreter
  • Experience in educational or school settings preferred
  • Flexibility to work on-site for both extended school year (ESY) and regular school year (NSY) assignments
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site interpreting services for students, covering both ESY (June 15 - July 24, Mon-Fri, 1100 minutes/week) and regular school year (330 minutes/day)
  • Deliver direct Hearing Itinerant services (100 minutes/week during both ESY and NSY)
  • Engage in monthly consultative services (75-180 minutes/month as assigned)
  • Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to ensure student access and participation
