Perform repairs and maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as needed;
Maintain work order system to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction;
Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify issues requiring maintenance or replacement;
Assist with property emergencies (snow removal, inclement weather, fires, floods) and communicate issues to maintenance leadership;
Promote safety and risk management and maintain professional demeanor and curb appeal in interactions with residents
