Maintenance Mechanic
Location:
Midlothian, TX
Schedule:
12-hour day shift
Employment Type:
Direct hire
Pay: $35-$45/hour

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair:
- Mechanical systems
- Electrical systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Hydraulic systems
- PLCs
- AC/DC drives
- Use maintenance software to document work orders and repairs.
- Plan and prioritize maintenance activities.
- Train and assist other maintenance personnel.
- Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and alignments for optimal performance.
- Complete required documentation accurately.
- Perform building maintenance as needed.
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
- Experience with industrial maintenance.
- PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with 480V three-phase motors.
- Some MIG welding and fabrication experience.
- Ability to use computerized maintenance management software (CMMS).
