This position is overnight, Monday to Friday, 9:30 pm to 6:00 am

Position Summary

To provide supervision and training to associates/program participants in the performance of janitorial /housekeeping duties at designated work sites. Responsible for the planning and execution of all janitorial services required in the contract at the designated work sites.

Essential Duties (Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.)

• Responsible for the supervision and training of a diverse group of associates; some or many may have a disability or a barrier to employment.
• Completes all required paperwork to include: quality control reports, task completion reports, supply inventory, equipment inventory and condition, etc.
• Maintains associate records and works with the Employment Specialist to ensure proper training and ongoing success of associates.
• Participates in daily conferences with the building manager to ascertain problems/ concerns, reach decisions regarding appropriate solutions, and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Responsible for profitable operation of assigned contract.

Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance

This associate may have access to Confidential Information (CI) and is required to be familiar with the Goodwill Privacy policy 10.23 related to the handling of CI, and follow all related procedures required to protect the privacy and security of CI.
