Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Tech Facility Coordinator to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech Facility Coordinator, you will be part of the facilities management department supporting operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Tech Facility Coordinator
Location: Midvale, UT
Pay Range: $21.63
Shift: 8:00 AM start, Monday–Friday, 8.5-hour workday
What's the Job?
- Oversee daily office operations including housekeeping, utilities, and general maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely delivery of facility services
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Support compliance with safety and security standards
- Assist with scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance
What's Needed?
- At least 3 years of experience in facility coordination or office operations
- Strong vendor management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues quickly
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on-site in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
