Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Tech Facility Coordinator to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech Facility Coordinator, you will be part of the facilities management department supporting operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Midvale, UT

Pay Range: $21.63

Shift: 8:00 AM start, Monday–Friday, 8.5-hour workday

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily office operations including housekeeping, utilities, and general maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely delivery of facility services
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Support compliance with safety and security standards
• Assist with scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance

What's Needed?

• At least 3 years of experience in facility coordination or office operations
• Strong vendor management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues quickly
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on-site in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
