We are looking to add a Cleaning Specialist to our team! This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, primarily at Milan HQ, with occasional support at other locations. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail, takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment, and is flexible to serve multiple sites.

• Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls.
• Replenish restrooms and break rooms with dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
• Keep custodial closets clean and organized.
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
• Keep accurate and detailed record of cleaning and maintenance performed.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assist with warehouse/shipping work as needed.

• At least 1+ years of professional cleaning experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to multiple buildings in the QCA.
• Minimum high school diploma/GED.
• Must meet physical demands: crouching, carrying/lifting up to 60lbs, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Pre-employment drug and background screen required.
