About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor of our new Lease‑Up, you’ll lead a team dedicated to keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. This role combines hands‑on maintenance expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.
Responsibilities- Property Maintenance:
Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property; schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs; respond to after‑hours emergencies as needed. - Operations:
Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software; maintain budgets and inventory for maintenance supplies; ensure compliance with safety and company policies. - Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team; provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement; deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- HVAC‑EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is required.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred; if not, must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Three or more years of hands‑on apartment or building maintenance experience required.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Estimated Rate of Pay: $34.41 - $38.18 hourly (non‑exempt). Salary range reflects skills, experience, location and job complexity. Base rate only; does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses.
