Position Overview

Forever Lawn® is the leader in quality, integrity, and innovation, hiring turf installers who want to be team players and grow with a leading company in an emerging new market. This is a full‑time seasonal position with overtime opportunities. No weekend work. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, DOE. The role includes paid training and full‑time seasonal or part‑time seasonal employment.

• Maintain a productive, fun, and safe approach to physical work.
• Solid work ethic, unquestionable integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Stand, stoop, kneel, and bend throughout the shift, and lift at least 100 pounds.
• Use a sod‑cutting machine, shovels, wheelbarrows, and rakes to move and install artificial turf.
• Operate light machinery including mini skid steer, Bobcat, Dingo, Sod Cutter, Plate Compactor, Dump Trailer, and power tools.
• Some overnight travel may be required (hotel, meals, etc. are provided).

Hours fluctuate based on demand, weather, and schedules, with some weeks requiring four (4) 10‑hour days. A positive Employee Review after 90 days may result in a pay raise and personal work gear. Annual reviews coincide with the employee hire date.
