Backcountry Outlet is seeking a Lead Shop Tech to oversee all shop activities, repairs, maintenance, and assembly for our store. The role requires strong knowledge of bike and ski/snowboard mechanics and excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in bike/ski tech, be able to lead a team, and provide expert gear advice to customers while maintaining inventory and shop programs. Weekend availability is required.
